7. Limitation of Liability

Withli Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of benefits or government program eligibility, financial loss resulting from reliance on the App’s information, missed application deadlines, errors or omissions in the information provided, or interruption or unavailability of the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is $0 for the free version).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Withli Labs LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Withli Labs LLC regarding the use of the App.
